Withdrawal Policy

Interactive AI Trade customers can withdraw their funds and benefits at any time. To request a partial or full withdrawal of funds from your account, click “Withdrawal Request” in your account.

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days to process your withdrawal request.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service specialist.

According to generally accepted AML rules and regulations, withdrawals may only be made from the same bank account or credit/debit card that you used to make the deposit. In addition, withdrawals may require the customer to provide additional information and documents.
